The representative of the UN Secretary General Stephane Dujarric conveyed Guterres’ statement that he strongly condemns Russian attacks on port facilities.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the Russian Armed Forces carried out attacks on military installations in Ukraine – areas where drone boats were produced were hit.
The department added that the target was hit and all objects were destroyed.
The Russian Armed Forces continue to conduct a special military operation on the territory of the Ukrainian state.
