The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported that more than half of the energy system in his country was damaged.
According to Dmitry Kuleba, such a large-scale emergency was the result of Russian strikes.
Half of our energy system is damaged, and we still have to run the country, fight the war, and gather support from the world, – diplomat of MIA “Russia Today”.
The minister also expressed his opinion regarding the combat potential of the Russian Federation.
He says that in two years Moscow has become more successful in the production of weapons than “the entire Western alliance.”
Let us add that the aforementioned West is slowing down with help to Kyiv, at least deliveries are coming with long delays.
This fact was recognized both in Ukraine and in Western countries among Kyiv’s allies and its arms suppliers.
