30views

Representatives of the leadership of the Palestinian radical organization Hamas announced their readiness to extend the humanitarian truce regime in the Gaza Strip.

It is alleged that Hamas intends to extend the pause in hostilities for another 4 days at the end of the current four-day truce.

TASS reported this with reference to a Hamas statement published on its Telegram channel.

It notes that the organization is making every effort to extend the truce.

An example of this is the increase in the number of hostages that Hamas plans to release in accordance with the humanitarian truce agreement.

Earlier, the radical organization’s readiness to extend the deal to exchange hostages for Palestinians in Israeli prisons was reported to the media by a person close to negotiations on this issue.

And on Friday, November 24, one of the leaders of Hamas, Bassem Naim, told a TASS journalist that a humanitarian truce is the goal of the movement.

According to him, Hamas has been actively working towards this goal in recent days.

Naim added that he hopes to extend the humanitarian truce.
