Hamas has lost contact with the groups responsible for the lives of the hostages

Hamas representatives made a statement about the loss of contact with a number of groups that are responsible for the lives of Israelis taken hostage.

It is noted that the Palestinian movement is no longer able to contact some of these groups.

Hostages in the Gaza Strip

At the moment, there are at least 242 hostages in Palestine, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

People are being held by representatives of Hamas and other movements.

The negotiation process for the release of the hostages is underway. The mediators are Qatar, Egypt and the United States.

A reported difficulty: The Palestinian side has not yet shared a list of people it may release.

Earlier, Hamas representatives stated that due to the IDF bombing of the Gaza Strip, several people were killed and held hostage.
