In Britain, the former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs became the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Major changes within the walls of the British government are taking place this Monday, November 13, 2023.

As previously reported, former Prime Minister David Cameron has been appointed to the post of Foreign Secretary.

Almost immediately information was received about the appointment to the post of Minister of Internal Affairs.

Now this UK security agency is headed by former Foreign Minister James Cleverley.

TASS reported this with reference to a statement from the office of the head of government of the country, Rishi Sunak.

The Rt Hon James Cleverley MP has been appointed Home Secretary, the official announcement reads.

Earlier, the media wrote about the dismissal of Suella Braverman from the post of head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – she was dismissed this morning.

Thus, the post of head of the Foreign Ministry, empty after Mr. Cleverly’s change of job, was filled by former Prime Minister David Cameron.
