One European country has decided to pay citizens infected with coronavirus.
However, not all people infected with COVID-19 will receive money.
We are talking exclusively about the participants in the experiment, in which the “delta” strain will be studied.
The goal of the scientific work will be to develop new and more effective methods for treating coronavirus infection.
The study will be conducted in the UK, the only country where human testing of SARS-CoV-2 is allowed, foreign media report.
Citizens of the United Kingdom aged 18-30 can take part in the experiment.
There are additional requirements for volunteers: good health, absence of bad habits and excess weight.
Study participants will be infected with the artificially grown SARS-CoV-2 pathogen.
The monthly reward for voluntary infection with COVID-19 will be $6,500 (about 16.3 thousand Belarusian rubles).
It is noted that 40 people have already agreed to take part in the study.
