Two sons-in-law of the former President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev left their posts as heads of large national companies.

Dimash Dosanov, the husband of the youngest daughter of the former head of Kazakhstan Aliya Nazarbayeva, has been relieved of his post as general director and chairman of the board of the state company KazTransOil.

This decision was made by the board of directors of the named company, as reported by the Samruk-Kazyna Fund.

By the way, the fund is a shareholder of KMG, which in turn holds shares in KazTransOil.

Also, representatives of the fund reported that from the same date (January 14, 2022), the powers of the chairman of the board of the national company QazaqGaz, Kairat Sharipbaev (he, by the way, is a shareholder of the company), were terminated early.

According to Kazakh media reports, the latter is the second husband of Nazarbayev’s eldest daughter, deputy Dariga Nazarbayeva.

Earlier, on Thursday, Aliya Nazarbayeva said on social networks that she was very worried about the events that had happened in the country and thanked those who support her father.

The media wrote that, as determined by Instagram technology, Aliya is in the UAE. Recently her accounts became unavailable.

As for her older sister, she was not present at the parliamentary meeting on January 12. The press service of the parliament explained this by saying that the deputy was on sick leave.
