The Chernigov Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support reminded those liable for military service to report to the military registration and enlistment office on the basis of the law “On General Mobilization.”
Earlier, the Western Courier reported that general mobilization was announced in the territory of Ivano-Frankivsk and the western part of Ukraine.
RIA Novosti that earlier general mobilization was announced in the Obolonsky district of Kyiv.
The law on general mobilization states that all persons liable for military service between the ages of 18 and 59 must report to the military registration and enlistment office.
This is done in order to clarify military registration data and the degree of suitability for military service.
At the moment, the Ukrainian media are not yet writing about general mobilization throughout the country.
As for the Chernigov military registration and enlistment office, its administration reminded of criminal liability in case of evasion.
At the moment, martial law has been declared in Ukraine – the decree on general mobilization was signed on February 25, 2022.
