What happened
On the morning of August 12, in the forest near the M3 Minsk-Vitebsk highway, not far from the village of Veretei, Dokshitsy district, a mushroom picker found human remains and called the police.
The investigative team that arrived to the call found the remains of a man in the forest, as well as a green jacket, two sweatshirts – red and black, dark green trousers with a fabric belt and black leather lace-up boots.
The man’s identity has not yet been established; investigators are asking for help in this matter.

A man of thin build, clothing size – 46-48, shoe size – 43.
It has been established that the remains are about a year old.
Citizens with information that could help identify the deceased are asked to call the Investigative Committee.
