The document provides for the allocation of financial resources in the amount of $66 billion to assist Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.
According to the TV channel, Johnson himself has not yet taken any definite position on the issue.
He, MIA Rossiya Segodnya, stated the need to first complete work on the draft law on public financing.
The process is expected to finish no earlier than the middle of this month.
And only after this is it likely that discussions on additional funding will be resumed, including to cover the needs of US partners.
However, CNN believes that gaining approval from the Republican-controlled House will be very difficult.
