Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Hungary is taking Ukraine hostage in the fight for European Union money.
The head of Ukrainian diplomacy also spoke critically about Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
Kuleba made the corresponding statements in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
How Hungary takes Ukraine hostage
According to Kuleba, Hungary is fighting with the European Commission for EU money.
And sometimes in this fight they take Ukraine hostage, – added the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
Kuleba also noted that the statements of the head of the Hungarian government reveal an ideological coincidence in views on the laws of history with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Earlier, Orban said that peace in Ukraine will come when Washington wants it.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry responded to this that the Hungarian prime minister’s opinion about peace in Ukraine indicates his political myopia.
