It recently became known that the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, William Burns, who secretly visited Ukraine, did not leave empty-handed.

He took with him Kyiv’s secret plan for the deployment of artillery and missiles near Crimea and the beginning of negotiations with Russia.

The authoritative American newspaper The Washington Post, MIA Rossiya Segodnya, learned about this and told the general public.

The publication reports that the head of the CIA visited Ukraine in June of this year.

The article says that Kyiv “military strategists” showed “firm confidence” in front of the distinguished guest on several positions of the secret plan.

In particular, the key goals include the return of “significant territories” by autumn.

In addition, there is talk about the deployment of artillery weapons and missile systems near Crimea.

According to the plan, Ukraine intends to “move further east and then begin negotiations with Moscow.”
