The deadline for lawyers from platform X (formerly Twitter) to prove to the Federal Supreme Court (STF) the company’s representation in Brazil ends at 9:29 pm this Friday (20).
The information was confirmed by the Court. This was given on Thursday (19) by Minister Alexandre de Moraes.

According to Moraes, there is no proof of the return of X BRASIL’s activities nor of the regularity of the constitution of its new legal representatives or even lawyers in the country.
“There is, therefore, no proof of the regularity of the representation of X Brasil Internet in Brazilian territory, as well as the legality of the appointment of new lawyers”, stated the minister.
