Recently it became known that Republican Senator from South Carolina Tim Scott had withdrawn from the race in the US presidential race.

The politician himself announced this, noting that he had decided to suspend participation in the relevant global campaign.

The influential Republican notified the general American public of his decision on Fox News.

As the reason for refusing to participate in competitions, where the highest award is the presidency, the senator cited the fact that he understood one truth: now is “not my time.”

I have decided from today to suspend my campaign for the presidential elections – TASS policy.

Scott suggested that what voters are “saying” is: “not now.” He heard them.

Earlier, another US presidential candidate, Vice President Mike Pence, announced his withdrawal from the election of the national leader.

Let us remind you that Americans will elect their head of state in November next year.

Last spring, incumbent President Joe Biden announced his intention to run for a second term as the owner of the White House.
