The city of Lisichansk (LPR) is completely surrounded by the allied forces of the republic and Russia.
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced this in his telegram channel.

According to him, all entrances and exits from the city are blocked. In this regard, Kadyrov envisions a full-scale attack on this locality in the near future.
According to his data, the enemy “has nowhere to go,” and it will not be possible to break through the dense ring of encirclement, Kadyrov is convinced.
He says that the Ukrainian fighters have been driven into a corner and now “all that remains is to put in the finishing touches.”
A little later, the head of Chechnya also informed in a telegram channel that “Lisichansk is ours.”
He added: Allied troops are already in the city center.
“Akhmat” units, together with the second corps of the LPR people’s militia, are clearing the city from possible Bandera supporters hiding in buildings and from mine-explosive devices, Kadyrov noted.
And he recalled that he had previously announced the liberation of Lisichansk in a few days. And so it happened.
The head of Chechnya also said that the fighters of the allied forces used “new techniques for storming city blocks.”
These techniques, he said, have produced “excellent results.”
