Lula undergoes x-ray after a year of hip surgery

President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) underwent an x-ray examination on his hip, this Wednesday morning (9), to monitor the .

The examination, which according to the Communication Secretariat is routine, was carried out at the medical center of Palácio do Planalto, in the wing of the Vice-Presidency of the Republic.

In September last year, Lula underwent total hip arthroplasty at the Sírio-Libanês Hospital in Brasília. The president complained of pain in the region and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis.
