The federal government fired the then Secretary of Children and Adolescents, Cláudio Augusto Vieira da Silva, who was part of former minister Silvio Almeida’s team. Cláudio Augusto is accused of moral harassment.

There are at least 14 reports of moral harassment at the Ministry. The majority of accusations are filed by women.
