The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova commented on the indecent gesture of the Permanent Representative to the UN Kislitsa.
Earlier, Sergei Kislitsa posted a photo on a social network where he was wearing a T-shirt with an image of insults towards the Russian authorities.
On November 23, the Security Council held a meeting that was requested by Kyiv.
After this meeting, Kislitsa posted a comment on the social network Twitter that communication with the Russian representative was unbearable for him.
The diplomat also added that constant attacks from the Russian Aerospace Forces leave no chance for peace negotiations.
Maria Zakharova believes that the Kyiv administration is gradually degrading and becoming more evil and immoral.
Kislitsa has previously allowed himself to make unkind comments towards Moscow – he called the Kremlin’s political course moronic.
