Radio station RTL, citing its own investigation, reports that about a hundred French mercenaries are fighting on the side of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Some mercenaries arrived for a few days, but then returned to their homeland – according to the radio station, they came only to take photographs and post them on social networks.
Other mercenaries stayed on the territory of the Ukrainian state for a longer period. There were also people who returned to France and then went back to the war zone.
Radio hosts call these mercenaries neo-Nazis and believe that they belong to the “far right” group.
They also noted that about 10 mercenaries from France died on the battlefields.
