Sandu’s statement
Answering questions from the press about what kind of support Chisinau expects from Bucharest in the event of a military threat from Russia, the President of Moldova noted that she is concerned and allows for various scenarios for the development of events, including the most pessimistic.
If Russia tries to attack Moldova, naturally we will ask Romania for help, – said Sandu.
The president also noted that the government of the country is analyzing both external threats and internal sources of possible destabilization of the situation, recalling the aggravation of the situation in Transnistria, where there was a series of terrorist attacks in the spring.
