Moraes gives Anatel 24 hours to take measures to release X in Brazil

The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes ordered the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) to (formerly Twitter).

The order authorized the immediate return of X’s activities in national territory.

I AUTHORIZE THE IMMEDIATE RETURN OF THE ACTIVITIES OF X BRASIL INTERNET LTDA. IN NATIONAL TERRITORY AND I ORDER TO ANATEL (National Telecommunications Agency) TO ADOPT THE NECESSARY PROVISIONS TO EFFECT THE MEASURE, communicating this SUPREME COURT within 24 (twenty-four) hours.
