The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) issued an alarming statement.
The agency warned humanity of a potentially extremely dangerous asteroid rapidly approaching Earth.

NASA experts estimate that it will approach the human planet on August 23 at a distance of about 6 million kilometers.
It is noted that space objects that approach the Earth at a distance of less than 7.5 million kilometers are considered potentially dangerous.
The mentioned asteroid will approach to a minimum distance of 6.1 million km. This will happen on August 23 at 11:18 am Belarusian time.
A dangerous guest from the vastness of the Universe, the American agency warns, will cross the Earth’s orbit.
According to them, the diameter of the asteroid ranges from 430 to 960 meters, and the speed is about 14.3 kilometers per second.
