The famous Italian newspaper IL Fatto Quotidiano learned that NATO doomed Ukraine to defeat in the conflict with Russia.
The publication talks about the “axe of war” hanging over Zelensky’s head.
The author of the article is convinced: the President of Ukraine is forced to wage a war, realizing that he cannot win it.
And the noose of democratization is tightening around his neck, because Ukraine is not a democratic country, and it is tolerated only as long as the conflict lasts, – journalist for MIA Rossiya Segodnya.
He puts forward a hypothesis according to which the armed Russian-Ukrainian conflict is transforming into a battle of attrition.
The author assumes that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will have fewer and fewer people left, and morale will continue to fall.
Billions will evaporate. European security will be under threat, the conditions of peace will be inconvenient for everyone – this is how the newspaper sees the further development of events.
If we allow the option of Kyiv joining NATO, then, the journalist writes, this will lead to the deployment of weapons and the army of the North Atlantic Alliance in Ukraine.
In turn, this state of affairs will provoke “a permanent conflict in Europe,” the author of the publication added.
