The North Atlantic Alliance expects Ukraine and Poland to remove mutual claims without compromising military supplies.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated this in an interview with Reuters.

What Stoltenberg said about the differences between Ukraine and Poland

Stoltenberg said that he expects and is confident that Kyiv and Warsaw will be able to find a way to remove mutual claims without compromising military supplies to Ukraine.

notes that the NATO Secretary General made this statement against the background of increasing negative rhetoric from Warsaw towards Kyiv.

Stoltenberg also spoke about Slovakia’s support for Ukraine.

According to the NATO Secretary General, even if Robert Fico wins the parliamentary elections in Slovakia, promising to stop military assistance to Ukraine, there will be opportunities to support it.

I’m sure we will find ways to continue to provide support, – said the head of the organization.

Last week, the head of the Polish government, Mateusz Morawiecki, said that Poland no longer supplies weapons to Ukraine, as it is actively arming itself.

The Prime Minister of Poland noted that Warsaw is purchasing the most modern weapons and has made large orders.

Later, Polish government spokesman Piotr Muller clarified that Poland is transferring to Ukraine only those weapons, the supply of which was previously agreed upon.

Polish President Andrzej Duda stated that the country does not intend to transfer to Ukraine the modern weapons it is acquiring for its army.
