NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg described a disappointing very near future for Ukraine.

According to him, the country is facing a “terrifying winter.” And if not all of it, then at least this is exactly what the beginning of winter will be like.

And the head of the North Atlantic Alliance named missile strikes on the country as the reason for such bleak prospects.

That is why, he said, the beginning of winter turned out to be “terrifying” for Ukraine.

He also announced his organization’s intention to strengthen assistance to Kyiv, which is opposing Russia.

According to Stoltenberg, “waves of shocks” have worsened the energy and food situation in Ukraine.

This is a terrifying start to winter for Ukrainians. Winter will also be a difficult time for America and Europe. But we will have to pay an even greater price if Russia wins,” TASS agency general secretary.

The head of the military-political bloc notified the general public that NATO will continue to support Kyiv.

“We will not retreat,” Jens Stoltenberg assured.
