NATO and its partners will never provide Ukraine with certain types of weapons.
For example, Kyiv cannot count on the Israeli Iron Dome and American Patriot air defense systems.
The reason for this, according to the Spanish newspaper Vanguardia, is the alliance’s reluctance to provoke Russia.

In his opinion, NATO and the alliance’s partners will never transfer some types of weapons to Kyiv.
These, as follows from the publication, include the above-mentioned “Iron Dome” and Patriot air defense systems.
As for air defense systems, the newspaper writes, only highly qualified specialists can work with such complexes.
This means that if they are transferred to Ukraine, then service personnel will also have to be sent to the country, which is “impossible.”
The second reason: Moscow will perceive the deployment of this type of weapon in Ukraine as “direct US participation in the war.”
And regarding the Iron Dome, which Kyiv has repeatedly asked from Israel, the newspaper reports that Tel Aviv is ready to increase humanitarian aid, but does not want to interfere in the conflict.
He considers the supply of “air defense systems, the latest weapons or any strike systems” to be interference.
Vanguardia believes that Ukraine will not be supplied with some intelligence collection equipment, for example, Predator or Global Hawk UAVs.
