The Democrats, apparently, had long ago decided who would replace the current head of state; all that remained was to settle the formalities.
And this was done. Thus, current Vice President Kamala Harris is officially nominated by the Democratic Party for the post of head of state.
The Federal Election Commission of the United States received a corresponding notification – MIA “Russia Today” with reference to the text of the document.
Vice President Harris is now a candidate for President of the United States in the 2024 election, the application notes.
It also says that from now on it will be she who will carry out “activities” within the framework of the elections “only to strive for this position.”
According to the document, Ms. Harris ceases to be a candidate for the post of vice president.
