The head of the Hungarian government, Viktor Orban, said that the European Union needs to seek negotiations on resolving the conflict in Ukraine and take direct part in them.

According to Orban, if Europe does not initiate negotiations on Ukraine, Russia and the United States will agree over Europe’s head.
