Over 75% of Germans are dissatisfied with the work of Chancellor Scholz’s government

In Germany, they conducted a survey and found that more than 75% of local residents are very dissatisfied with the work of the government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Public opinion research was carried out by INSA specialists commissioned by the newspaper Bild am Sonntag.

The results of a survey of 1002 people showed that 76% of German residents are dissatisfied with the work of the Cabinet of Ministers of the German leader, – TASS.

Only every sixth German is satisfied with what the government in general and Scholz in particular are doing, which is 17% of the number of respondents.

According to the researchers, the survey result was the lowest since December 2021, when the current Chancellor’s Cabinet began taking office.

The study also showed that 72% of citizens surveyed did not agree with the decisions made by Scholz.

Only 20% of respondents said that the leader of the Federal Republic of Germany copes well with the responsibilities assigned to him.

As for parties, according to the survey, the opposition bloc of the Christian Democratic and Christian Social Unions is still the most popular among Germans – 30%.

In second place is the “Alternative for Germany” (right-wing party).

In general, the three ruling parties in the country – Social Democrats, Greens and Liberals – have a combined 32%.

Earlier, Scholz weakened Western assistance to Ukraine.
