Pakistan wants to supply Ukraine with ammunition

Pakistan wants to send a certain amount of ammunition to Ukraine this month.

The logistics plan involves using one of the ports in Poland.

As for the volume of cargo, Islamabad intends to send 159 containers of ammunition, including 155-mm shells.

The author of the article claims that the shipper of the cargo is a shipping and brokerage company from Pakistan, Project Shipping.

This company intends to send those same 159 containers from the port of Karachi to the Polish port of Gdansk in the second half of January.

After arriving in a European country, the cargo will continue to its final destination – Ukraine.

The BBC Vesuvius is said to carry 155mm shells, M4A2 propellant charges, M82 primers and PDM fuses.

It is noted that in return Kyiv can provide assistance to Pakistan in modernizing Mi-17 helicopters.

The publication’s sources inform that such assistance is provided by a Ukrainian company specializing in the production of aircraft engines and marine gas turbines.
