Poland notified Kyiv of its readiness to help return Ukrainian conscripts to their homeland

Poland expressed its readiness to provide assistance to Kyiv on the issue of returning Ukrainian men of military age to their homeland.

Polish Minister of Defense Vladislav Kosiniak-Kamysh notified the Ukrainian authorities, and at the same time the entire world community, about this.

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry notified the heads of its foreign diplomatic institutions about the need to suspend all consular actions regarding Ukrainian conscripts from April 23.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs named the only exception when it comes to issuing an identity card for returning to one’s homeland.

Information that consular services are no longer provided to men liable for military service abroad was confirmed by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

Biden, who previously signed the law on new aid to Ukraine, will deliver weapons as quickly as possible.
