Poland has billed the European Union for 2 billion euros for weapons and military equipment transferred to Kyiv.

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki notified the general public about this.

We have issued bills for 2 billion euros, and this is very good news for Poland, very good news for the Polish budget, which I brought from the European Council summit, – policy of MIA “Russia Today”.

According to him, Warsaw will use these funds for the purchase of modern weapons, as well as for the acquisition of the latest military equipment.

Two billion euros can be rounded up to 10 billion zlotys. For this money we can stock up and provide ourselves with modern equipment,” the head of government noted.

And he added: until this moment, his country had received no more than 200 million euros from Brussels for arms supplies to Kyiv.

According to Morawiecki’s calculations, Poland will receive even less than 200 million euros by Easter.
