On Thursday, April 18, Polish farmers resumed the blockade of two checkpoints on the border with Ukraine.
We are talking about crossings at the Medyka and Korchova checkpoints, the RMF24 radio station clarified.
One of the organizers of these actions, Roman Kondruv, told the above-mentioned media that farmers are constantly waiting for negotiations with the government.
Agreements with the government signed in Yasenka (a settlement near the city of Rzeszow – Ed.), not implemented– this person’s statement to TASS.
He said that during the blockade from Poland to Ukraine, farmers will pass one truck per hour.
According to him, farmers promise not to delay cars – in both directions.
Kondruv also drew attention to the fact that many farmers were forced to refuse to participate in protests in connection with the start of spring field work.
Previously, farmers rioting in Poland moved on 500 roads in the country.
