A week later, on May 13, White House press secretary Jen Psaki will officially leave her position.

She worked as an official representative of the US Presidential Administration for almost a year and a half.

Psaki will be replaced as press secretary by her current deputy, Karine Jean-Pierre, – MIA Rossiya Segodnya, citing an official statement from the White House.

By the way, Joe Biden also notified the general public about the new press secretary, saying the following:

I am proud to announce that Karine Jean-Pierre will be the next White House Press Secretary.

Let us note that Ms. Jean-Pierre will become the first black lady from the LGTB community in the entire political history of America to hold such a responsible position.

As for Jen Psaki, she publicly announced her intention to resign back in May 2021.

According to American media reports, she further plans to work as the host of a show on the Peacock platform.

Jen also plans to take part in live broadcasts of the MSNBC cable network – in various television projects.

Let us remember that she previously served as an official representative of the White House and the State Department during the administration of Barack Obama.
