The city of Soledar, located on the territory of the DPR, is close to liberation from the Ukrainian military.
This announcement was made by the acting head of the republic Denis Pushilin.
He also said that the attention of the general public today is focused on another city – Artemovsk (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut).
But still, according to the official, a little more attention is paid to Soledar.
Why? Because events there are now unfolding in such a way that the city is close to liberation, and this comes at a very high price. Now the fighting has already shifted to the western part, – TASS civil servant.
In turn, adviser to the acting head of the DPR, Yan Gagin, spoke about the imminent liberation of the above-mentioned Artemovsk.
And earlier, the commander of the special forces “Akhmat”, deputy commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the People’s Militia of the LPR, Apty Alaudinov, made a statement about Soledar.
According to him, the city could be liberated in the coming days.
