The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, responded to Zelensky’s statement, who called the shelling of the Odessa port “flagrant barbarism” on the part of Russia.
After the incident, the Ukrainian leader considered dialogue with Russia impossible.
In response to this, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that a Ukrainian military boat was destroyed with the help of high-precision weapons in the port of Odessa.

According to foreign media reports, the office of Antonio Guterres condemned the attacks on the port of Odessa.
