Sweden is preparing to lift COVID restrictions

0views

Swedish authorities have announced their intention to lift most of the country’s COVID restrictions.

The corresponding decision was made and announced by the government of the country. It will mainly affect visits to public places, restaurants, cultural institutions and sports facilities.

The authorities chose this course in connection with the vaccination of the majority of the country’s adult population, after which a gradual easing of restrictions began.

At the same time, the incidence of Covid in the country remains low.

An important condition for this is the availability of vaccination certificates.

In this case, restrictions on holding mass events with a number of participants of 15,000 or more will be lifted.

People transferred to remote work can return to their main jobs.

Persons with symptoms of the disease will be able to continue working from home. At the same time, employers will be obliged to make conditions easier for such specialists.

Let us recall that until recently the highest rate of immunization of the population was noted in Israel.

However, the incidence of COVID-19 there continues to grow and the average number of infections as of September 6 was over 1,000 per 1 million inhabitants.

According to Oxford University, this figure is 2 times higher than in the US and UK.
