Switzerland called for the lifting of sanctions that were not adopted by the UN Security Council

This call was made by the Democratic Union of the Center party, which has a relative majority of seats in the Swiss legislature.

On Thursday, April 11, representatives of this political force submitted a request for a referendum to the highest executive body of Switzerland.
