What Fiala promised Ukraine

According to Fiala, the Czech Republic will transfer combat helicopters and ammunition to Ukraine and will continue to actively assist it in all areas.

The Czech Republic will help with pilot training, including pilots for the F-16, – the Czech Prime Minister specified.

According to him, the Czech Republic will transfer training simulators for training, including directly in Ukraine.

Fiala expressed hope that at the North Atlantic Alliance summit in Vilnius, all countries will support Ukraine in implementing its plans to join NATO.

She can count on the Czech vote, – said the head of the Czech government.

He noted that the Czech Republic is one of the countries that provides Ukraine with the greatest military assistance.

According to the Czech Prime Minister, the Czech Republic has already transferred 676 units of heavy equipment and over 4 million large- and medium-caliber shells to Ukraine.

Every day, Fiala noted, the Czech Republic transfers to Ukraine on average about 10,000 shells and at least one tank, howitzer, infantry fighting vehicle or “something similar.”

We must continue to provide this assistance, – the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic emphasized.

He clarified that in addition to combat helicopters, the Czech Republic will donate hundreds of thousands of large-caliber ammunition to Ukraine in the coming months.

Fiala also recalled that the Czech Republic, together with the Netherlands, is restoring T-72 tanks for the Ukrainian army.
