The three largest party benches in the Senate should only define who they will support in the succession to Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) as president of the House after , according to the CNN. Officially, the internal election for the Senate command for the 2025/2026 biennium will be at the beginning of February next year.

Some factors influence this perspective of taking the issue calmly in the PSD, with 15 senators; in PL, the main opposition party with 14 senators; and MDB, with 10 senators.
