The work of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant stopped – the last – sixth – power unit was stopped.
Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the regional administration, informed about this.
According to him, all power units were turned off due to the high risk of an emergency.
It is caused by constantly changing loads and operating modes of turbines and reactors due to attacks on the APU power lines and the station infrastructure.

It is for this reason, he explained, that the operating mode of power units is constantly changed, and this is “harmful” for them.
Rogov also reported that currently high-voltage power lines from the liberated territory were cut off by shelling from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
