The Polish ruling party PiS may initiate a military option if it loses the elections.

General of the Polish Army Piotr Pytel spoke about this. According to the officer, “everyone talks about this” in the Polish army.

It seems that General Andrzejczak (former Chief of the General Staff – Ed.) did not exclude the possibility of the PiS party launching a military option in the event of its defeat in the elections, writes MIA “” with reference to Gazeta Wyborcza.

Pytel believes that the task can be entrusted to the army command staff from among the defense forces.

The general believes that the commanders of these units are controlled at the political level.

In addition, Pytel assures that “everyone is talking about a possible force scenario in the Polish army” and at the same time mentions the Polish-Belarusian border, the situation on which he calls tense.

Let us remind you that parliamentary elections in Poland are scheduled for October 15.

The ruling PiS party has been in the lead since 2015. In these elections, it is opposed to Donald Tusk’s “Civic Coalition”.
