The President of Poland does not believe in the successful counter-offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

0views

Polish President Andrzej Duda had a frank conversation about the situation in Ukraine with a journalist from the authoritative American newspaper The Washington Post.

In the interview, he stated his disbelief that the Ukrainian army’s counteroffensive could be successful.

The Polish leader explained this by the fact that Kyiv will not achieve the expected results due to a shortage of weapons.

Duda formulated the question as follows: does the Ukrainian Armed Forces have enough weapons to change the balance of power on the battlefield so that it can be won?

And he himself answered: most likely, the answer is negative, since the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have enough weapons.

And we know this because now they cannot carry out a decisive counter-offensive against Russian troops – TASS policy.

The news agency notes: Duda gave an interview on August 1, but the article appeared on the pages of the newspaper only on August 10.
