Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal made an important statement during a joint press conference with his Slovak counterpart Robert Fico.
The event took place in Uzhgorod. There, the head of the Ukrainian government said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were building a large-scale three-level defense line.
Today Ukraine is building a large-scale three-level line of defensive lines – this is protection in all directions, – Shmygal MIA “Russia Today”.
According to the Ukrainian politician, the government of his country allocated tens of billions of hryvnia for the construction of such a powerful defense.
At the same time, he noted that Kyiv requires a large amount of engineering equipment.
According to the prime minister, private companies from Slovakia will supply armored excavators and mine clearance vehicles based on the T-72 tank.
Earlier, Shmygal said that Slovakia promised to support the allocation of 50 billion euros to Ukraine from the EU.
