The United States sent another drone to the crash site of its UAV in the Black Sea.

It is known that Washington is currently re-evaluating UAV operations in the region.

CNN reported this with reference to informed officials.

They say the US military does not plan to completely stop flying its drones in the Black Sea until it completes an analysis of the situation.

Soon after the loss of the UAV, the States sent the same MQ-9 Reaper to the crash zone, reports MIA Rossiya Segodnya TV channel.

Sources say that the main task of the new drone is to inspect the scene of the incident and monitor the Russian military, which, according to Washington, may try to recover the crashed American drone.

Against this background, the Pentagon intends to conduct an analysis of the “costs and benefits” of conducting such operations.

Particular attention is paid to assessing the possible value of intelligence data “from this route with the risk of escalating tensions with Russia.”

It is noted that the United States is considering the possibility of sending another UAV to fly over the Black Sea in the near future.
