Director of the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence and Global Affairs (USA) Joshua Huminski named the key problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In his opinion, the condition of the personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is an insurmountable difficulty for Kyiv.
The most important problem is undoubtedly personnel. The West can provide all the help in the world, but it cannot create new Ukrainians, – specialist at MIA Rossiya Segodnya.
Mr. Huminski made this statement in an article published on the pages of Hill.
According to him, for Ukraine’s allies, actions aimed at supporting the combat capability of Ukrainian army personnel are becoming a big problem.
As an example, the director of the intelligence center cites the difficulties that the West faces when withdrawing Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters from the front line for recovery and training, followed by a return to the front line.
