Ritter says that NATO convinced the Ukrainian administration that the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces would certainly end in victory for the Ukrainian army.
He also says that the alliance showed a computer simulation of a scenario in which the Ukrainian army defeats the Russian army.
Ritter emphasizes that an attack on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces leads to losses of personnel of the Ukrainian army or to the liquidation of Western-made military equipment.
The expert believes that the Ukrainian army has no chance of defeating Russia.
