Journalist Andrew Napolitano spoke on his official Youtube channel regarding Joe Biden’s policy towards Ukraine.
He states that the American leader is currently conducting a secret operation on the territory of the Ukrainian state.
Napolitano asks the question: is there a US military presence on Ukrainian territory?
He says that many people believe that a military presence is the presence of soldiers in uniform with small arms. In this case, there are no American soldiers in Ukraine.
Napolitano believes that the military presence can come in different forms – it could be Americans in civilian uniform who are on military service.
The journalist believes that these military men in civilian clothes can control military equipment, press buttons and send shells to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In this case, such actions can be called a military presence. The journalist reminds that if such people are not dressed in military uniform, then this violates the Geneva Convention.
