It recently became known that the West asked Kyiv not to strike Russia last weekend, using an attempted rebellion.
CNN shared this information with the general public, citing an anonymous source from Western countries.
According to him, a message was sent to Ukraine: they should not “rock the boat” in Russia, since what happened then was exclusively its internal matter.
He also said that the allies warned Kyiv about the need to refrain from provoking the situation.

This gentleman noted that this signal was sent to Ukraine at the level of foreign ministers, their deputies, and also through ambassadors.
And he added: The West does not want to look as if, together with Kiev, it is Prigozhin’s assistant and poses a threat to Russia’s sovereignty.
