The West saw the true essence of Zelensky – Newsweek

0views

Vladimir Zelensky is increasingly revealing his true nature. And the West clearly sees this.

For this reason, Western countries began to get tired of the President of Ukraine.

Columnist Steve Cortez conveyed this idea to readers in his article on the pages of Newsweek.

According to him, for several years Zelensky enjoyed a constant stream of flattery from the American media and famous personalities.

But now the reality of his rule in Ukraine is becoming undeniable even for his most ardent supporters in the West, a journalist from MIA Rossiya Segodnya.

Mr. Cortes saw “horrific corruption” in the actions of official Kyiv and said that the West has complaints against the Ukrainian leader not only on this issue.

It seems to him that Zelensky was told that it was not good to ban opposition parties and the media.

According to the author of the article, the Ukrainian leader was also reproached for dismissing Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova and the head of the SBU Ivan Bakanov.

And residents of the United States are also very annoyed by Zelensky’s “grandiose photo shoots,” Cortez noted the sentiment in the United States.

From here – based on all the points listed above – the observer comes to the conclusion that the President of Ukraine should have lost the support of the West long ago.

Cortes makes a recommendation to the American authorities: insist on dialogue, negotiations and refuse to supply weapons and money to Kyiv.

This is simply not our fight, and Zelensky, damn it, is not our fighter,” the author of the material justifies his advice.
